Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. We support return requests for refunds within regular 30 days from the date of payment. Please see below for more information on our return & refund policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at order@yzlmetalindustry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days, if return approved then mail your return products to the following address:

Please note, we do not accept unauthorized returns, and we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Return Charge

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you haven’t received the refund within 7 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at order@yzlmetalindustry.com

EXCEPTIONS

Any failed deliveries where packages are returned due to the following reasons will not be able to cancel the listing or request a refund.

· Insufficient or incorrect address

· International shipping using P.O.BOX as the shipping address

· Inability to contact the recipient

· Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" - Please file a claim directly with the express provider.
